Summary in English

Estraveller is Estravel's customer magazine with a circulation of 11,500 copies. 9,500 copies of Estraveller are sent by direct mail to Estravel's loyal customers, the Estravel Kuldkaart (Gold Card) owners, and partners, and the rest is distributed through Estravel's sales offices. Estraveller contains material about destinations, many facets of Estravel and the services and products offered as well as travel stories by our clients. In 2003 four issues of Estraveller will be published, some of them full colour 100 and some 64 pages.

Long-haul Trekking: More and more people prefer active holidays to simply lying on the beach doing nothing. Estravel's partner Olympia Kaukomatkatoimisto is the Finnish market leader in long-haul group travel. Olympia's travel destinations cover all continents, including Antarctica. Trekking tours take travellers to the top of Kilimanjaro as well as The Great Wall of China.
Arab Life: "You feel like in a real life and a fairy tale at the same time," assures our travel writer Toomas H. Liiv who introduces Morocco as a tourist destination to Estonian travellers. Casablanca is a modern and busy commercial town, Marrakesh offers storytellers, snake charmers and authentic Arabian life scenes.
Cycling in USA: "We had to begin our bicycle tour without bikes," recalls Mairis Tuisk the start of their tour in Miami when her luggage showed some irregularity in arrival. But in five days the lost luggage reached the owners and they were able to visit many sights of the US eastern coast.
Amazing Asia: Says Ingvar Luhaäär, Estonian writer and orientalist: "India is a country where Estonians feel that life is cheap. Though many people are extremely poor, the country itself is enormously rich in fabulous sights. Namaste!"
Luxury Train: Estraveller's cruise writer Timo Kauppinen changed cruise ships for a luxurious charter train and spent a week travelling in Northern Spain. His catch was the country's rich cultural history, green landscapes, sleepy fishing villages and superb fruits de mer.
