The provider of the gift card is Estravel Group AS, registry code 10325720, address Suur-Karja 15, 10140 Tallinn, phone 626 6222, e-mail estravel@estravel.ee (hereinafter Estravel).
GIFT CARDS:
- are documents with a unique security code certifying advance payment which are valid as a means of payment for travel services for the value of the advance payment indicated thereon at any Estravel Group travel agency worldwide;
- are issued to the value of the advance payment made by the buyer (min. 50 euros, max. 3000 euros). Estravel gift cards are issued by all Estravel Group travel agencies in Estonia. Gift cards purchased from the reisikaubad.ee online store are forwarded electronically to the e-mail address specified by the client;
- are not linked to the buyer and can be used by anyone who first presents them or enters the unique security code on the card at a self-service point in order to make a payment to Estravel prior to the expiry date printed on the card. The travel service/flight for which payment is made may take place after the expiry date. The expiry date of a gift card can be checked at any Estravel Group travel agency or on the Estravel website; and
- are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. If the cost of the travel service being covered with the gift card is less than the value of the card itself, or becomes so if the order is modified and/or cancelled, the overpayment amount generated or released in one order can be used to make a payment or advance payment for another order via the same Estravel Group agency, but only until the original expiry date indicated on the gift card. As with the original order, the trip/flight on the other order may take place after the expiry date of the gift card.
- If an entire order paid for with a gift card is cancelled for reasons dependent on the client, the client may receive a refund in the form of a new gift card, but in this case the expiry date of the new voucher will be the same as that of the already used card. If the order is cancelled for reasons beyond the client’s control, the expiry date of the new card will be the same as for a regular new card (30 months).
- A service fee is added to the order if the new cardis issued on paper.
Personal data provided when purchasing a gift card are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act for the purpose of communication with the client. The processor of personal data is Estravel Group AS.
All risks related to the preservation and destruction of a gift card, including its unique security code, pass to the buyer upon receipt of the card. Gift cards are not replaced in the event of their loss, theft or destruction. The advance payment on a gift card which is used by third parties is not refunded to the buyer of the card. A gift card which has passed its expiry date becomes invalid as a means of payment, is no longer usable and its value is not exchanged or refunded.
Estravel Group is not obliged to verify whether the person using a gift card is the legal owner of the card, how said person acquired the card or their legal basis for using the card.
Please keep your gift card as carefully as you keep your money. It is a means of payment.
