Extra service from Novatours: Flexible Travel Option

Extra service Flexible Travel Option “GOLD FLEX” allows you to make a one-time change in the date, duration, hotel, room type, meal type and/or destination.

You can purchase the service for € 15 per passenger and it is valid for all destinations (except ski trips and guided tours).

For winter trips 2020-2021 booked no later than April 30, 2020, GOLD FLEX service is free of charge.

The additional service “GOLD FLEX” must be purchased immediately at the time of booking, it will not be possible to add it later to your booking.

• It allows you to make a one-time change to your travel booking.
• You can enjoy a more relaxed vacation.

Terms and Conditions

• The extra service can be applied once (a one-time change of travel dates, duration, hotel, room type, catering type and /or destination) if there are more than 30 calendar days left before the beginning of the trip.
• In the case of a charter flight, it is possible to change the date, duration and/or destination of a free flight once after booking a Y class flight if there are no more than 30 calendar days left before the start of the trip.
• It is allowed to change the date, duration, hotel, room type, meal type and/or destination after a package tour with a regular flight has been booked, if there are more than 42 calendar days left before the travel.

• In the case of a regular flight, it is possible to change the date, duration and/or destination of a free flight once after booking a Y class flight, if there are more than 42 calendar days left before the start of the flight.

In case of a change in a reservation, current prices and conditions available in the system will apply.

The service charge is non-refundable if not used.
