As Estonia’s largest hotel agency, Estravel is the first to bring a revolutionary brand promise to the market in Estonia – the Best Hotel Price Guarantee (hereinafter BHPG). This so-called post-purchase guarantee is free of charge to all Estravel clients. The BHPG will remove any doubts or hesitation from clients about a potentially cheaper deal existing somewhere else.

Now, you can calmly purchase your hotel accommodation from the oldest, biggest and safest hotel agency in Estonia and the Baltics, without having to worry about overpaying.

How does BHPG work?

Book and purchase your hotel accommodation from Estravel using your preferred means. Whether it is by contacting our travel consultant, calling our 24/7 call centre, or by comfortably making a purchase on your own at our online hotel shop. After making your purchase (see clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions, from which moment), you have 48 hours to find an identical hotel room with a better price online – the offer could be directly from a hotel, or from any of the hundreds of online agencies around the world (such as booking.com) – sending us the proof thereof via e-mail. If you are able to find a lower price, which includes the exact same things as Estravel’s price, then we will be happy to refund you the price difference. Please note that this guarantee only applies to hotels that Estravel itself sells and offers. Estravel sells accommodation in nearly 500,000 hotels around the world, although there are many more accommodation providers in the world. We do not sell all of them, since not all of them meet our quality and security requirements.

If you have already found accommodation at a suitable price, and would like to purchase that same accommodation at the same affordable price via Estravel, then we will always fulfil your wish if that hotel is one of our partners. This has been the case for over 20 years. What the new BHPG brings to the table is the opposite situation, i.e. a post-purchase guarantee – first we make an offer, and then you buy the hotel accommodation, with peace of mind. You know that if you find the same offer later online at a cheaper price, you will receive a refund for the difference in price. Simple, quick, and honest.
