Estravel’s Loyalty Card (Kuldkaart), bonus points and Finnair Plus program
Estravel customers can exchange their bonus points for Finnair Plus avios at a rate of 3:2. This is a unique opportunity in Estonia and the Baltic countries.
If you are the owner of an Estravel Gold Card or Platinum Club card, every €1 spent on an Estravel and Reisikaubad.ee order adds 1 point to your points account. For example, a 450-euro purchase adds 450 points to your account, which can be used to pay for travel services purchased from Estravel, reisikaubad.ee e-shop, or exchanged for Finnair avios. It is enough to have both an Estravel loyalty card and a Finnair Plus card. When transferring points, a service fee of €10 applies (including VAT 22%).
How to exchange Estravel points for Finnair Plus points?
Log in to your personal Estravel account. NB! The customer system of the gold card is being updated and currently login and account activation is not working.To exchange points, please fill out the following form: “Conversion of Gold Card bonus points to Finnair Plus avios“.
Please note that points are transferred to the Finnair Plus account manually within up to 10 working days. The transfer of points is reflected in the statement of bonus points of your Estravel customer account with the note “Exchange for Finnair avios”.
NB! Until 8.3.2024, Finnair Plus used points as a unit of account in its system, and from 9.3.2024 avios. Points were converted to avios at a rate of 3 points = 2 avios. Estravel converted its points to Finnair points at a rate of 1:1 until March 2024, but since the old Finnair point is not equal to the new Finnair avios, the conversion rate between Estravel points and Finnair avios also changed, which is now 3 Estravel points = 2 Finnair avios. For our client, everything remained the same financially, and the value of the Estravel bonus point upon conversion is exactly the same as before the change to the Finnair system. Finnair Plus is Finnair’s frequent flyer program that collects “avios” (before 09.03.2024 “points”) from all flights of Finnair and oneworld companies and hundreds of other partner companies around the world. Air tickets, business class upgrade and services and products of many partner companies can be “purchased” with the collected avios.
