Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about the Gold Card, Platinum Club card, and bonus points.

How to become a Gold Card holder?

The Gold Card is available both as a free mobile card and as a paid plastic card. For convenience, please prefer the mobile card.

To get Estravel’s free mobile loyalty card, do the following:

  • download the mTasku mobile app from the App Store or Google Play;
  • register as a user;
  • choose Estravel Gold Card.

To obtain a Gold Card in plastic form, you need to fill out the Gold Card application on the Estravel website. The cost of the plastic card is 10 €. It takes up to 4 weeks to produce the plastic card, and it will be sent to the address specified in the customer’s application.

How long is the Gold Card valid and how to renew the card?

Starting from November 1, 2023, the Gold Card is valid indefinitely!

You can download the new card in mTasku by using the + sign or by selecting Add card from the menu.

All those who want a plastic card can purchase it for 10 €. To do so, you need to fill out a new Gold Card application.

How to get a Platinum Club loyalty card?

Platinum Club is the exclusive level of Estravel’s loyalty program. The Platinum Club card cannot be purchased or applied for. The card is issued by Estravel on its own initiative as a sign of a good customer relationship and in cooperation with a recognized partner.

What is the validity period of the Platinum Club loyalty card?

The validity period of the card is three years.

If the Gold Card or Platinum Club card is in my name, can my spouse or children also use my accumulated bonus points?

Yes, they can, if the cardholder places an order to redeem their bonus points.

My wallet was stolen, and it contained my Gold Card or Platinum Club card. What should I do now?

To replace a lost, stolen, or damaged Gold Card, you need to send a corresponding letter to kuldkaart@estravel.ee. Replacing the card with a new plastic card costs 10 €. Another option is to download a new mobile Gold Card for free.

For the Platinum Club card, you need to notify platinum@estravel.ee, and a new card will be issued free of charge.

All Estravel Gold Card and Platinum Club cardholders earn bonus points with every travel order and purchase from the reisikaubad.ee online store.

Every 1 € spent on a travel order and in the reisikaubad.ee online store adds 1 point to the points account, which can later be used to pay for travel services purchased from Estravel or to choose a product from the reisikaubad.ee online store for yourself or your loved ones. Platinum customers also earn points for business trips in addition to personal trips.

Points are not awarded for: gift cards (as they are not purchases but prepayments – bonus points are only added upon redemption of the gift card), fines, penalties, government-imposed fees, and other non-commercial charges.
To earn points, the payment for the order must be made based on an invoice from Estravel Group AS, and the product must be marketed exclusively under the Estravel brand. Estravel’s low-cost brands that do not sell directly under the Estravel name (e.g., sky24.ee) do not award points.

How long are bonus points valid?

Bonus points are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited to the account. You can check the validity dates of your bonus points by logging into Estravel’s self-service portal.

I would like to check my bonus points account statement. How can I do this?

You can view the bonus points accumulated in your customer account in Estravel’s self-service portal. Information about your bonus points is also sent to your email once a month.

When will the bonus points be credited to my account?

Bonus points will be credited to the account no later than the time of travel. Each client can check their bonus points account by logging into the Estravel self-service system.

Why didn’t I receive bonus points for my business trip?

The posting of points collected for a business trip to a personal account is done automatically for Platinum Club members. Automatic posting does not occur or occurs partially if:

  • the client/legal entity has prohibited such a transaction in their orders;
  • there are other travelers in the order besides the cardholder requesting bonus points.
  • Online orders where the invoice is issued in the company’s name do not automatically credit bonus points to the customer account. To receive points, please write to kuldkaart@estravel.ee
If I want to use points, what should I do?

You can find information about bonus points here. Bonus points can be used to pay for travel services purchased from Estravel or to choose a product from the Estravel online store reisikaubad.ee for yourself or your loved ones. You can also transfer bonus points to your Finnair Plus account (3 bonus points equal 2 Avios).

Why am I no longer receiving the Traveller magazine?

If the Traveller magazine no longer arrives in your mailbox, there could be two reasons:

  1. You have not provided Estravel with your postal address, the address has changed, or you have not given permission for mailing. To check your address, log in to the Estravel self-service’ system and update any outdated information.
  2. The Traveller magazine is automatically sent to active clients who hold a valid Gold Card or Platinum Club card and have made at least one purchase of 350 € in the previous calendar year.
How to receive special offers by email?
