How can I buy airline tickets on Estravel website?
You can buy airline tickets from Estravel website quickly, safely and easily. Different filtering options and a fare calendar make it easier to find a suitable flight option.Purchasing
1. Enter the place of departure and destination, dates and number of passengers.
2. Select suitable flights
3. Enter the data of the passengers.
4. Select the payment method and pay for the tickets.
You can pay:
a) immediately in an internet bank
b) immediately by credit card;
c) using Estravel gift card;
d) by hire-purchase.
If you want to pay immediately via bank link, you can choose between Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and LHV the preferred one.
In case you have decided to pay by credit card, after an order has been placed, you will be automatically directed to the payment page of EvereyPay interface, where you will need to insert the card data. After entering the card number, expiry date and security code, you will be taken to your internet bank where you will be identified before the payment is authorised.
When paying with Estravel gift card, you must enter the 16-digit security code and the amount of the gift card. If the amount on the card is smaller than the amount of the booking, you may pay the difference using the other payment methods. If the amount of the gift card is more than 10 € of the total amount of the booking then the gift card is used and the overpaid amount remains as a prepayment in Estravel.

Estravel Loyalty Card
With the flight ticket purchase it is possible to earn bonus points to your Estravel loyalty account. Every 1 € spent on a travel order adds 1 point to your bonus account. Just enter the Estravel customer card number on the passenger data entry page.
All Estravel Gold and Platinum Card holders can use the bonus points they have collected to pay for Estravel service fees and purchases in the reisikaubad.ee e-shop.
Travel Agent Audit
If you are planning a slightly more complicated flight route with several stops and you want to be sure of the choices made, order an audit from our travel agent – let the professional travel consultant verify your flight booking. She can find some hidden obstacles that the online customer might not see or better conditions for the same price. Travel agent audit costs 10 € and can be purchased immediately during the booking process.
Company Invoice
If you want an invoice in the name of the company, check the box next to the payment methods „Company invoice?“ and fill in the required fields: company name, registration number, address and e-mail. Booking system still requires the immediate payment.
Confirming the Booking
After selecting the payment method, check the booking details and read the terms of use of Estravel website. If everything is correct and you have read the terms and conditions, confirm your order and click on ‘Pay now’. After the successful payment you will receive the confirmation of your booking and the invoice by e-mail.
Cancelling the Booking
If there is a need to cancel the flight ticket, send the request to our online team online@estravel.ee. The flight ticket cancellation rules may vary and depend on a number of factors. With the cancellation airline’s cancellation fee and Estravel’s service fee will apply (see the price list). Generally if the tickets are purchased with discounted price, the paid amount is non-refundable.
