Mexico Travel Morning
28.11.2019On the 24th of November, a thematic morning session dedicated to Mexico gathered travel enthusiasts in Rahva Raamat at Viru Keskus shopping centre. Doris Kristina Raave, author of the bold and overwhelmingly honest book “My Mexico”, and Kaire Saadi, Sales Director at Estravel, who repeatedly traveled to Mexico, shared their experiences with the audience. Travel stories were moderated by Terje Toomistu, an anthropologist, passionate traveler and author of the travel novel “Seven Worlds” and the film “Soviet Hippies”.

On November 25, the largest and oldest flight and hotel booking agency Estravel opened a travel goods store in Tallinn’s Old Town. As of May 2018, the shop has operated as an e-store reisikaubad.ee only and has received the “Secure shopping” trust mark from the Estonian E-Commerce Association. Now it has transformed into a physical shop with a new concept.

The World Expo will take place between October 20, 2020 – April 10, 2021, in a specially built complex; it will host 192 countries in total, all waiting for guests from morning until late at night.

The Travel Video Contest showed video editing mastery of the participants. Of the 69 entries submitted to the competition, the jury chose a travel video clip shot by Triinu Malvi and Markus Muide in Nice, France. Raul Oja holiday video shot on Tenerife won the public vote.
